This notice explains what OZZ Studios receives when you use the portfolio tattoo or custom painting forms. The exact studio address is not published and is shared only after an appointment is arranged.
Information you choose to send
The forms collect contact details and the answers needed to review your idea, availability, budget, or delivery region. They do not request government identification, medical records, card details, or an exact home address.
How it is used
OZZ Studios uses this information only to evaluate the request, contact you, and—if both sides agree—prepare a later appointment, quote, or Square invoice. Submitting a form does not create an appointment, contract, order, or payment.
Where it goes
Submitted requests are recorded in the private OZZ Studios Square Customer Directory. Cloudflare delivers the website and provides the invisible Turnstile anti-abuse check, which is covered by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Server credentials are never placed in the browser, and OZZ Studios does not sell application data.
Drafts and security
An unfinished draft stays only in the current browser tab for up to four hours. The public website uses encrypted connections, server-side validation, anti-automation checks, and restricted browser permissions. No internet service can promise zero risk, so only the minimum necessary information is requested.
Retention and requests
OZZ Studios keeps a request only as long as reasonably needed for review, communication, records, or an agreed project. To ask about, correct, or delete a request, contact the official @ozz_studios Instagram profile and include the reference number shown after submission.
